We offer express repairs within a maximum of 72 hours (depending on the issue’s type and extent). We provide a 6-month warranty for all repairs.

Diagnostics is FREE with us, but if you decide to service your Macbook elsewhere after diagnostics, you will be charged for the diagnostics by 20 euros.

What is the procedure for service?

1. Contact us by phone, email or contact form.
2. Please report the error as detailed to us as possible.
3. Based on your description, we will tell you the approximate time and price of the repair.
4. We will then agree on how you will deliver it to us for service.
5. We’ll fix it and send it by courier. If you are from Bratislava, we will bring it to you personally.

Why contact our service?

We will provide you with a spare Macbook for the entire repair period. Reinstallation is included. Installation is included. We will only use original spare parts. We will clean up and paste the whole MacBook to make it brand new again. He will feel at home with us.

We will thoroughly test it before returning it to you.
